Where to continue the Seraph of the End manga

• Season 1 (12 episodes): Continue the manga from chapter 16 in volume 5.
• Battle in Nagoya (12 episodes): Continue the manga from chapter 42 in volume 11. The last episodes add anime-original scenes to round off the season, so chapter 42 is where the manga actually picks up.
